Avoid Buying The M5 iPad Pro From Brazil And These 4 Other Countries: Here’s Why

0

Official sales of the M5 iPad Pro begin on October 22. While not every country will see day-one availability, Apple has already revealed global pricing details. As usual, Nukeni compiled a comparison of launch prices worldwide, and once again, Brazil tops the list as the most expensive place to buy Apple’s flagship tablet.

Interestingly, Apple actually reduced the iPad Pro’s price in Brazil compared to the previous generation. Still, the numbers remain staggering. To put it into perspective, the cost of one 11-inch 256 GB M5 iPad Pro in Brazil could buy you two of the same model in a U.S. state like Delaware—plus an Apple Pencil Pro and a premium coffee.

The Most Expensive Countries for the M5 iPad Pro

(Base model prices, converted to USD)

  • Brazil: $2,295
  • Turkey: $1,430
  • Sweden: $1,381
  • Denmark: $1,381

Nukeni’s data also shows that Apple’s pricing history varies widely between regions. In Brazil, the iPad Pro’s price has increased only about 15% since the M1 generation. In contrast, Turkey saw a 597.74% jump in five years, followed by Japan (78.06%) and South Korea (60.06%)—making Turkey the country with the steepest price rise overall.
